Product Manager - Internal Tools (Ops)

What you will do

• Set product roadmaps and strategies aligned with stakeholder needs across Business Development, Operations, Finance, and other functions.
• Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities to improve product performance and quality.
• Turn hypotheses into concrete projects and develop requirements, features, and products.
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and partner teams.
• Deliver quality products on time with measurable positive business impact.
• Guide, coach, and coordinate product managers across multiple cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager.
• Strong communication skills and intuition for stakeholder behavior and expectations.
• Strong command of product management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including deep-dive analysis for feature optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management, leadership, coaching, and team direction skills.
