Manager, Implementation (MANTL)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Salary: $126,500–$157,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and document repeatable implementation methodologies across account types.
• Build, hire, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Managers and specialists.
• Manage the implementation pipeline, project status, risks, and delivery pace.
• Act as an escalation point and advisor for banks and credit unions during complex onboarding implementations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to resolve deployment issues and improve the product.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
• Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union and understanding of financial institution workflows and retail branch environments.
• Hands-on experience with account opening software and the operational requirements of going live.
• People management experience or demonstrated readiness to take on a leadership role.
• Structured, process-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DNA, IBS, Symitar, or other major core banking systems.
• Experience managing concurrent implementation projects across different financial institution types.
• Experience building or rebuilding an implementation process or team from scratch.
