Implementation & Client Success Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Fort Worth, TX, Jacksonville, FL, or Denver, CO

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annual base salary in Colorado; discretionary bonus and/or equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead client onboarding, system conversions, and complex data migration projects.
• Develop data conversion strategies and partner with technical teams to map, translate, and validate trust accounting and asset management data.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance to deliver implementations accurately and on schedule.
• Manage ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins, escalations, product announcements, and operational updates.
• Translate client business requirements into actionable input for development and product teams.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and training for new and existing users.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or client success within B2B SaaS.
• Comfort learning complex proprietary and legacy systems, including understanding database relationships and using query languages.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex software concepts clearly.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and an intuitive, inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Fort Worth, Jacksonville, or Denver.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy software architectures, UniVerse or other multi-value databases, and Pick BASIC.
• Background in fintech, wealth management, trust banking, or specialized asset management.
• Knowledge of trust accounting, complex financial assets, oil and gas revenue processing, or loan processing.
