Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $104,645–$165,217 annually, depending on geographic zone, experience, and role.

What you will do

• hirify.global technical implementations for new partners from contract signature through go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for partner data integration and ongoing integration support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Accounting, and other teams.
• Define internal processes, product examples, documentation, and resources to streamline partner onboarding.
• Manage multiple engagements, escalations, scope changes, project timelines, risks, quality, and performance.
• Communicate product roadmap updates, set expectations, and help build the partner implementation function from 0 to 1.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, data integration, or partner delivery.
• Ability to understand, visualize, and document partner product structures and map them to internal data models for cards, transactions, and loans.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, APIs, HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining plans and schedules.
• Knowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem, including legal, compliance, underwriting, and risk management.
