What you will do

  • Generate, maintain, and improve sales and merchant acquisition reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Organize merchant information and documentation, validate data, and maintain accuracy across internal systems.
  • Support new merchant onboarding and activation by coordinating documents and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to coordinate merchant-related processes.
  • Maintain the CRM, including Pipeline, and internal tracking systems.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements while providing administrative support.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or Operations Admin.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or retail is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Pipeline and MS Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and operational KPIs.
