Sales Administration Specialist with English (all genders)

What you will do

• Receive purchase orders directly from end customers and enter them accurately into SAP.
• Validate and correct data in SAP to maintain database integrity.
• Resolve order-related questions and obstacles with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in a similar position.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English; English proficiency of at least B2 is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer- and service-oriented approach.
• Good understanding of complex business processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
