What you will do

• Maintain field collector reports, pin locations, and client records.
• Prepare, file, and track demand letters, notices, and other collection documents.
• Coordinate communication between field collectors, supervisors, and operations.
• Validate pin coordinates, monitor wrong-pin rates, and correct data-entry errors.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on field activity, productivity, and error rates.
• Support collector scheduling, routing, printing-shop coordination, compliance activities, audits, investigations, and special projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative or back-office support experience, preferably in collections, banking, or fintech.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with database management and report analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
