Salary: $130K–$150K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

Lead the Implementations Software Engineering team.
Guide engineers in building scientific applications.
Integrate enterprise systems with hirify.global’s platform.
Collaborate with internal engineers and external stakeholders at leading materials and chemical companies.
Contribute to technical architecture and customer-facing implementation work.

Requirements

Experience leading a software engineering team.
Ability to contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Ability to collaborate with internal engineering teams and external enterprise stakeholders.
Interest in scientific software and R&D-focused applications.
