Senior Technical Project Manager (Electromechanical Devices)

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the Chaska location

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects within the Electromechanical Devices and Instrumentation sub-business unit.
• Lead project and portfolio management activities for new product development.
• Track SBU metrics and KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management leadership on SBU direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution and systems integration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related engineering field, or a business-related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in new product development.
• Experience with systems integration; electronics experience is required, and plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA and motherboards.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, MS Project, and Accolade.

Nice to have

• PMP, CPPM, or a similar project management certification.
• Experience with plastic injection molding.
