PD Project Management Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; the position is identified as onsite and also includes remote work with some travel.

Salary: $91,200–$136,800 per year in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and certain California locations.

What you will do

• Own operations activities and deliverables across product planning, development, and market release.
• Lead manufacturing and supply chain schedule risk reduction, capacity planning, launch builds, and commercialization readiness.
• Manage program objectives covering cost of goods, cycle time, capacity, yield, and process performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier quality, and contract manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain project strategies, budgets, schedules, manufacturing plans, and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure quality-system compliance, design history file documentation, regulatory submissions support, and design-for-reliability and manufacturability practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for roles below the Principal level.
• Ability to work independently, use computer systems, communicate with coworkers, and meet the physical requirements of an office role.
