Non-Technical Project/Program Management New College Grad - Bachelor's/Master's (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite role with approximately 10% travel

Salary: $60,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the backlog for tools and processes supporting the semiconductor spare-parts business.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Meet with business users, customers, sales, supply chain, IT, and other partners to translate needs into product requirements.
• Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend and implement improvements.
• Test and validate new features, support user training and adoption, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information systems, supply chain management, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• New college graduate with strong learning ability, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional, respectful communication and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of process mapping and documentation, including flowcharts, Visio, Lean, or Six Sigma concepts.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or data tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
