Senior Project Management Specialist/ System Administrator (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in North Haven, Connecticut; Lafayette, Colorado; or Mounds View, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $118,400–$177,600 per year

What you will do

• Configure, administer, maintain, and deploy project management tools including ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, and Microsoft Project.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and implement system and process improvements.
• Support project planning, execution, tracking, reporting, scheduling, dashboarding, and resource visibility.
• Identify project risks, issues, and process gaps and implement solutions for schedule, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, functional stakeholders, and leadership to support alignment and decision-making.
• Drive project management methodology improvements, governance, user adoption, training, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience or master’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting in a business, technical, engineering, or product development environment.
• Experience working with project management systems, tools, or software platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on projects, processes, or business system improvements.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating complex projects.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device product development or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience administering ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience driving process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery in a matrixed organization.
