Solution Consultant (Bilingual Spanish, AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with onsite office attendance Tuesday through Thursday. Travel of 15–25% to Denver, Colorado, and Berlin, Germany is expected.

Salary: USD 115,000–150,000 OTE per year, with variable incentive payout dependent on company and personal performance.

What you will do

• Create and deliver tailored demos and presentations connecting products and AI tools to customer pain points, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Partner with sales to identify target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies.
• Build and maintain go-to-market assets, including pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards, and competitor intelligence.
• Analyze product messaging consistency, win/loss trends, and engagement to drive improvements in positioning.
• Enable sales through product training and hands-on deal support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or a strong product background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and the ability to create polished, structured, visually engaging business presentations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Spanish proficiency is required for calls and presentations with Spanish-speaking customers and markets.
• Applicants must be able to work onsite in the New York office three days per week; immigration sponsorship is not available.
