Salary: $190,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead the enablement strategy for the global system integrator (SI) ecosystem.
• Manage practitioner readiness and certification outcomes for a portfolio of strategic global SIs.
• Build and scale the SI enablement function, including the operating model and coverage approach.
• Design and operationalize repeatable programs for onboarding, technical workshops, and product launches.
• Develop partner learning pathways and certification delivery models that scale across large populations.
• Create high-quality enablement content such as playbooks, solution guides, and technical assets.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Alliance, or Sales.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs in high-growth technology environments.
• Deep experience working with or inside large global system integrators (GSIs).
• Executive presence and existing senior relationships across the SI ecosystem.
• Must be based in one of the company hubs: San Francisco, New York, or London.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience running authorized training partner or certified instructor networks.
• Prior ownership of a technology certification program.
• Experience within a GSI's AI, data, or cloud practice, or on a hyperscaler's SI alliance team.
• People management experience with distributed or matrixed teams.
