Product Manager, Growth (Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with office work at least three days per week

Healthcare product company building a transparent healthcare store with upfront cash and insurance prices for care, prescriptions, labs, and imaging.

What you will do

• Own enterprise-facing product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Define and maintain the enterprise product roadmap in alignment with company goals and partner needs.
• Design and prioritize integrations with payers and external partners, balancing technical constraints and business impact.
• Translate regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements into clear, testable product specifications.
• Partner with engineering on APIs, data models, workflows, and system architecture decisions.
• Define success metrics, monitor reliability and partner experience, and identify ways to simplify and scale integrations.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or integration-heavy environments.
• Experience owning technically complex product surfaces or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with multi-source data and operational systems.
• Ability to define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize under constraints.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Clear, structured communication with engineering, leadership, and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated systems.
• Experience scaling enterprise integrations across multiple partners.
• Quantitative or technical academic background.
