Product Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; US citizenship or Green Card required, with US residency for at least the past 3 years. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust position and pass a US Government background investigation.

Salary: $121,300–$140,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage and improve digital products supporting the CMS Hospital Quality Reporting program.
• Translate user, business, and stakeholder needs into product features and clearly defined requirements.
• Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Prioritize work using user-centered product thinking, service design, and systems thinking.
• Collaborate with business, technical, creative, and client stakeholders in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Coach and mentor peers on agile frameworks and principles while driving progress through ambiguity.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles, including the ability to coach and mentor peers.
• In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across complex business, technical, and creative stakeholder environments.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role and releasing products in a SaaS environment.
• US citizenship or Green Card, at least 3 years of US residency, and eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Federal or state contracting, professional services, government, or highly regulated industry experience.
• Formal training in agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe.
• Experience working on a remote team, in a startup or rapidly growing small business, or building digital healthcare products.
• Accessibility, claims processing, population health, or payer experience.
