Product Manager, New Programs (Digital Health)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with required office attendance 3 days per week for full business days

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 annual salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of user needs, clinical context, and opportunities in an emerging condition category.
• Identify unmet problems, size opportunities, and develop hypotheses with clear success criteria.
• Design and run prototypes, pilots, and experiments to validate product assumptions with users and data.
• Translate validated directions into shippable 0→1 product experiences and make trade-offs under time and resource constraints.
• Partner with clinical, design, engineering, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Establish instrumentation and reporting, using data to guide decisions and change direction when needed.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in product management or highly relevant business operations, strategy, consulting, or founder/operator roles.
• Demonstrated experience launching net-new products or features from ambiguous problems through user validation and market release.
• Experience creating structure in environments with ambiguous ownership and incomplete information.
• Strong structured judgment, learning velocity, product intuition, creative execution, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare, or another highly regulated environment.
• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end and communicate clear recommendations, trade-offs, and points of view to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background moving from business operations, strategy, or consulting into product.
• Experience as a startup product manager or operator bringing multiple products to market with limited resources.
