Product Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (United States); periodic work travel required

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for controlled substance products, data assets, reporting capabilities, customer use cases, and the regulatory landscape.
• Use SQL, Tableau, and analytical tools to investigate customer and data questions, validate assumptions, and inform product decisions.
• Own discovery, prioritization, definition, and delivery of controlled substance reporting and data product initiatives through customer adoption.
• Define product strategy covering reporting, analytics, data governance, metadata, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with customers, engineering, analytics, support, and product leadership to clarify scope, manage tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate requirements and insights into product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and UAT plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, data analysis, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and analytical storytelling.
• Experience translating business needs and data insights into product recommendations, requirements, and technical solutions.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry and with healthcare, pharmacy, public health, claims, or controlled substance data; familiarity with data governance, metadata, data quality, Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
• Active use of AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for research, analysis, drafting, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and travel periodically for work.
