Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Infrastructure)

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product execution across discovery, delivery, and iteration for SaaS, API, payments, and infrastructure products.
• Engage weekly with front desk staff, healthcare providers, developers, and patients to understand user needs.
• Develop and prioritize roadmaps using first-principles thinking and user pain points.
• Partner closely with Design and Engineering through fast build cycles.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams on launches, adoption, and feedback loops.
• Define and manage feature-level and platform-level product metrics and end-to-end user experiences.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a full-stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses.
• Experience operating at $100M–$500M+ scale and supporting complex go-to-market motions.
• Strong first-principles thinking, systems design, and design thinking skills.
• Ability to move between technical details, backend architecture, delivery mechanisms, and user experience.
• Demonstrated ownership, clarity, speed, prioritization, and ability to deliver in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to improve products continuously and elevate cross-functional execution.
