Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. The company is remote-first with meaningful office presence; R&D roles follow a hybrid model with two days per week in the San Francisco office.

What you will do

• Lead product development from discovery through launch in partnership with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams.
• Own a product area end to end, including customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes.
• Translate complex healthcare operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions.
• Define and track success metrics using data, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Build a continuous customer feedback loop with customer success and support.
• Design products with healthcare compliance, HIPAA, payor requirements, and auditability as core considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth, resource-constrained environments.
• Experience building products from the ground up without an established playbook.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and make prioritization decisions under ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing PRDs, presenting to CTO-level stakeholders, and leading customer discovery.
• Data-driven decision-making and genuine curiosity about difficult, overlooked customer problems.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid model in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B software or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping AI- or LLM-powered features to production.
• Platform Product Management or API product experience.
• 0-to-1 product launches or work in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, legal, or government.
