Receiver/Materials Handler (12 Hour Weekday Shift - Onsite)

Location: Onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, United States. Working hours are 6:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Thursday.

Salary: $18.86–$28.29 annual base salary range for U.S.-based positions, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Receive, unload, verify, label, store, and ship raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Inspect shipments for damage and discrepancies, coordinate with suppliers, and notify internal departments of arrivals.
• Record material movements and shipment transactions in SAP/ERP systems according to procedures.
• Operate forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Locate warehouse items for other departments and maintain clean, orderly, and functional work areas.
• Follow FDA, cGMP, safety, housekeeping, and equipment-maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient English required for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience and ability to pass company standards for operating forklifts and power jacks.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift and transfer loads up to 50 pounds and stand for at least 75% of each shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX Materials Management or SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software applications.
• Ergonomic lifting knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
