Shipping and Receiving Operator

What you will do

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities, part numbers, and product details against shipping documentation.
• Label, package, store, and organize materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Pick parts for production orders and release inventory to support manufacturing schedules.
• Process goods receipts, inventory movements, and production transactions in warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely, perform cycle counts and inventory audits, and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing support is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely handle cumbersome materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems, plus effective communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
