What you will do
- Develop and oversee strategic recruitment initiatives that increase international student enrollment.
- Build and manage partnerships with recruitment agents, educational consultants, and educational institutions.
- Identify regional market opportunities and adapt recruitment strategies using market intelligence.
- Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment team members while fostering high performance.
- Represent at conferences, education fairs, and webinars, and oversee partner training programs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and market trends while collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in international student recruitment, sales, or a related field within the education industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Advanced partnership development, negotiation, and long-term relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and assess market trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with international partners across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
