Enterprise Solution Consultant

What you will do

• Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
• Act as a technical and domain expert for the Employee Workflows product suite.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate relevant solutions.
• Answer product, feature, and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and internal colleagues.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey and roadmap sessions.
• Share product enhancement feedback with product management based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, enterprise automation, and enterprise AI is preferred.
• Proficiency with the hirify.global platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions.
• Experience managing territories, building pipelines, and executing strategies with sales counterparts.
• Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Willingness to travel within the United States as necessary.
