Senior Partner Solutions Consultant - US Public Sector (AI Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; travel up to 70% within the assigned region.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year; sales roles may also be eligible for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Shape partner strategy, investment priorities, solution plays, and partner-led go-to-market execution across the US public sector ecosystem.
• Develop reference architectures, solution patterns, AI-enabled blueprints, and dedicated hirify.global practices for strategic partners.
• Lead technical workshops, briefings, enablement sessions, account mapping, industry plays, and demand-generation activities.
• Support partner-led opportunities through discovery, solution shaping, proof-of-value engagements, and architectural alignment.
• Connect partners with hirify.global sales, product, engineering, and field solutions teams to align ecosystem motions with customer and regional priorities.
• Translate process automation and AI capabilities into business value and provide market insight to product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or client-facing strategic consulting; alternatively, 6+ years in client-facing professional services or consulting supporting enterprise technology sales.
• Required experience with partner go-to-market, solution development, relationship management, partner-led pipeline, and capability building.
• Deep understanding of how services firms build offerings, take solutions to market, and engage customers.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms such as BPM, low-code, workflow, automation, and application development platforms.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, partner enablement, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a major consulting firm or similar advisory environment.
• Familiarity with application servers, web servers, databases, and enterprise production environments.
• Experience exploring emerging solution patterns and strong interest in AI and machine learning.
