Senior Solutions Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: New York, New York; up to 70% travel to customer locations throughout the assigned region

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for a sales commission plan.

What you will do

• Advise financial-services customers during the sales cycle and beyond, acting as a trusted technical and business advisor.
• Translate financial-services challenges into high-impact hirify.global solutions.
• Create persona-based stories, technical solutions, and business cases for customer engagements.
• Respond to the functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Discuss technical requirements with hirify.global’s product team and assess production environments.

Requirements

• Deep, recent expertise in the financial-services industry, including challenges such as regulatory compliance, risk management, customer onboarding, loan origination, or tokenization.
• Experience in enterprise software sales or a client-facing technology advisory role within a financial-services institution or ISV.
• At least 5 years of successful pre-sales engineering experience or 6 years in professional services/consulting, including at least 3 years focused on financial services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer interaction, requirements analysis, and presentation skills.
• Technical familiarity with application servers, web servers, databases, and production environments.
