Transformation & Project Consultant with German

Location: Hybrid work in Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk, Lublin, Opole or Warszawa, Poland. The hybrid model applies after onboarding and combines office work with working from home.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation and project activities within complex change programmes.
• Contribute to transformation strategies, implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured and actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate workstreams, tracking progress, risks, milestones, governance and reporting.
• Prepare management presentations and status updates.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings while collaborating with international, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in transformation, consulting, project management or programme delivery.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or advisory roles and complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
• Understanding of Agile, waterfall or hybrid project and programme management methodologies.
• Experience with strategy development, structured problem solving, presentations and project documentation.
• German at minimum B2 level is required for regular client interaction.
• English at C1 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale business, digital or organisational transformations.
• Exposure to international or cross-border programmes, especially in DACH markets.
• Experience with enterprise platforms or complex IT and business change.
• Experience supporting governance and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Jira, MS Project and Teams.
