What you will do

• Generate insights and follow up on performance for a major business unit, serving as a point of contact for senior business leaders.
• Analyze financial and healthcare utilization data to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify requirements for improving operational and analytical dashboards as business needs evolve.
• Create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, monitor initiative impact, and support strategic projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including at least five examples of presenting analysis to Director-level or higher leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, including filtering, aggregation, and CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards with Looker or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools, plus proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or insurance.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of healthcare analytics and reporting experience.
• Experience managing value-based contracts at a payer or provider organization.
• Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, quality of care, or population health.
