Associate, Data Analytics

Location: Remote within the United States; Dallas, Texas

Salary: $91,659–$120,303 per year, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Generate and follow up on insights for a major business unit and serve as a primary analytics contact for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze financial, utilization, and operational data to support data-driven business decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define requirements for improving operational and analytical dashboards as user needs evolve.
• Develop models and tools that identify healthcare inefficiencies and generate relevant insights.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, support improvement initiatives, and monitor their impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and converting analyses into structured insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including at least five examples of presenting analyses to Director-level or more senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards with Looker or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets; plus 1+ year in healthcare, consulting, finance, or insurance.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of healthcare analytics and reporting experience.
• Experience managing value-based contracts at a payer or provider organization.
• Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA Marketplace, quality of care, or population health.
