VP, Finance - Office of the CFO (Healthcare Finance)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States; travel and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required, up to 20%.

Salary: $218,000–$270,000 based on experience, plus eligibility for incentives.

What you will do

• Support the SVP of Finance & Business Development in leading the Office of the CFO and provide client-facing finance support.
• Make day-to-day leadership decisions, communicate outcomes, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Build, lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team, including succession planning and talent development.
• Partner with senior executives and operational leaders to align data, analytics, and AI capabilities with organizational priorities.
• Establish service excellence standards and accountability measures for trusted, timely, high-impact analytics solutions.
• Manage finance programs and projects from inception through implementation, including budgets and resource planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management or administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of healthcare finance experience focused on clinical and operational performance.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial and reimbursement issues, and medical center and medical staff organizations.
• Advanced use of AI and experience managing teams that apply AI to process and technology improvements.
• Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and strong verbal and written communication skills; Epic knowledge is preferred.

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Working knowledge of Epic.
