Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Location: US-MA-Bedford; must be local to the Bedford, MA area, have reliable transportation, and work in the office at least three times per week

Salary: $88,000–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Order Management solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Flows.
• Enhance the existing Agentforce chatbot with transactional workflows, prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logic.
• Improve chatbot accuracy using Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rules.
• Build and maintain Apex and REST API integrations, including identity resolution and data mapping.
• Use Salesforce Data Cloud for personalization and AI grounding, supporting global multilingual workflows for Europe and Japan.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, production releases, documentation, and Git-based DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST APIs and integrations, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management.
• Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience and familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce deployments, testing, and release governance.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automation.
• Experience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementations.
• Background in customer service, warranty, or technical support systems.
