General Manager for Operations (AI & Robotics)

Location: Fully remote, Philippines; night shift

What you will do

• Lead data collection operations in the Philippines and coordinate execution with the US engineering team.
• Build partnerships with businesses, factories, and manual or skilled workers across the Philippines and surrounding areas.
• Manage secure data receipt and uploads to company servers.
• Oversee local procurement and logistics for tools, hardware components, and facility requirements.
• Implement data quality assurance protocols and optimize collection workflows for efficiency and throughput.
• Lead contractors and interns while coordinating shifts, leave, and continuous 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, project management, or leadership in manufacturing, logistics, or technology operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal English and Filipino communication skills.
• Experience managing large, diverse teams of contractors or interns.
• Hands-on technical aptitude and comfort working with robotics, hardware, and basic tools.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and resource allocation across multiple time zones.
• Fiber internet with a recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps, plus backup internet of at least 20 Mbps.

• Wired Ethernet connection during work hours.
• Power backup such as a UPS in areas with frequent outages.
