What you will do

• Lead business operations across multiple international markets.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and new market launches.
• Implement payroll systems and ensure compliance with local operational requirements.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Support recruiting operations, onboarding, and company-wide hiring activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations, strategic operations, or founder's office roles.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution independently.
• Comfortable working across diverse functions including recruiting, finance, legal, and administration.
• High ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
