What you will do

• Advise, investigate, research, and resolve legal matters affecting day-to-day business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate basic to moderately complex agreements and other legal documents.
• Support matters involving employment, intellectual property, software licensing, procurement, regulatory compliance, privacy, data protection, and corporate law.
• Investigate and manage claims, conduct interviews, prepare reports and responses, and support litigation and pretrial work.
• Assist with contract negotiations, insurance coverage requirements, and major matters handled with outside counsel.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting the business and provide legal guidance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and graduation from an accredited law school.
• Maintain all qualifications and licensure required to practice law throughout employment.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Broad legal generalist experience with the ability to resolve moderately complex issues creatively and effectively.
• Strong analytical, judgment, negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to determine methods for new assignments and coordinate the work of other personnel.
