Legal Counsel

Location: On-site at the ICON office in Manchester, UK

What you will do

• Advise the business on a broad range of commercial, corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and advise on supplier and customer contracts for goods and services.
• Prepare and review distribution and marketplace agreements.
• Handle manufacturing agreements covering THG as both manufacturer and customer in the beauty and sports nutrition sectors.
• Draft and advise on intellectual property licensing agreements, including licensing in and out.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and report to the Deputy General Counsel.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 2–5+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal environment.
• Valid practising certificate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and make sound judgments.
• Confidence working with senior business stakeholders.
