Senior Legal Counsel

Location: On-site at the ICON office in Manchester, UK

What you will do

• Advise the business on a broad range of commercial, corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and advise on supplier and customer contracts for goods and services.
• Handle distribution and marketplace agreements.
• Draft and advise on manufacturing agreements across the beauty and sports nutrition sectors.
• Manage intellectual property licensing agreements, including licensing in and licensing out.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and report to the Deputy General Counsel.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• At least 6 years’ post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal industry role.
• Valid practising certificate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, make sound judgments, and operate reliably in a fast-paced environment.
