What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters across North America, setting expectations and supporting career growth.
- Own recruitment delivery across multiple portfolios and functions ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner with Head of Talent on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and capacity modeling.
- Act as a senior partner to hiring leaders to anticipate talent needs and make data-informed hiring decisions.
- Design and evolve scalable recruitment processes and tools to support growth without sacrificing quality.
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and represent externally to strengthen employer brand.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high growth or global tech environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling recruitment teams.
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and regions, including technical roles.
- Strong strategic business partnership skills and data-driven decision making.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
