Senior Director, Provider Experience

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, United States; future hybrid presence at the associated metro hub may be possible.

Salary: $196,732–$258,211 per year, plus equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop frameworks and measures for understanding provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
• Advocate for provider experience internally and externally.
• Define the provider experience strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leaders across the organization.
• Lead multiple high-visibility strategic projects and operationalize recommendations with cross-functional partners.
• Build alignment among subject-matter experts and functional leaders while driving organizational change.
• Use data for insights, root-cause analysis, and return-on-investment assessments; monitor healthcare market, regulatory, vendor, and competitor developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of four years of experience.
• 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic healthcare role.
• 7+ years of experience collaborating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience defining and deploying company-level strategies.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field.
