Senior Director, Network Contracting (Healthcare)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week, including Thursdays

Salary: $178,848–$234,738 per year, plus equity grants and annual performance bonuses

What you will do

• Develop and implement provider network contracting strategies aligned with network development and cost management objectives.
• Lead and mentor the market provider contracting team, setting goals and expectations.
• Identify network gaps, expand provider relationships, and improve access to care.
• Lead complex negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, ancillary providers, and other healthcare organizations.
• Execute contracting agreements that support financial performance, quality care, and cost control.
• Resolve provider issues, maintain network relationships, and ensure contract compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting, network development, or a related area.
• 7+ years of experience negotiating complex contracts with hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Tempe, Arizona office, with 3 in-office days per week.
