AI Implementation Manager

Location: New York Office; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own enterprise implementations from kickoff through successful go-live.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designs.
• Serve as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customers.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements and build implementation playbooks for US growth.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
• Ability to drive projects from start to finish and deliver successful enterprise implementations.
• Confident communication with enterprise customers and effective coordination across technical and business teams.
• Structured approach to managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into scalable implementation approaches.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in helping enterprises adopt new software.
