Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the NYC headquarters 5 days a week; paid relocation support is available for moving to NYC.

Compensation: $150K–$190K annual salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage project plans, timelines, workstreams, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent deployments.
• Configure and customize the platform to match customer workflows, data structures, and operational requirements.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, training programs, documentation, and enablement materials.
• Track implementation KPIs and time-to-value while refining playbooks, checklists, escalation paths, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scope deployments, manage handoffs, and turn implementation feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, systems integration, or a similar environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, status calls, and escalation management.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to analyze data, configure software, and troubleshoot independently.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site at the NYC headquarters 5 days per week.

• Experience working with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers.
• Experience improving implementation processes and operating playbooks.
