Operations Associate, PSA (Temp-To-Hire) (Shift 1)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Ana, California office, Monday through Friday; AM shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or PM shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Hourly rate: $17.00/hour. Shift 2 includes an additional $1.00/hour premium.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectible coins, trading cards, comic books, video games, tickets, autographs, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Receive, separate, itemize, count, and verify submissions by service type, payment, eligibility, and order details.
• Enter item information into databases, print identification stickers, and resolve issues with Customer Service and Problem Orders teams.
• Encapsulate, seal, crack out, and re-seal comic books while learning gasket sizes and holder specifications.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and verify submission forms, quantities, stickers, labels, order correctness, and completeness.
• Sort, package, label, and process orders for return-carrier shipment.
• Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise throughout all operational stages.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with physical labor, including extended periods of sitting or standing.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, use a computer and hand tools, and hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds; legal authorization to work in the United States is required and verified through e-Verify.
