Warehouse Supervisor (Automated Distribution)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; work across office and distribution areas

What you will do

• Lead daily operations at the parts, garments, and accessories distribution center.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and special projects.
• Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Manage labor, packaging, and maintenance budgets and prepare performance reports.
• Schedule, train, develop, interview, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and temporary staffing agencies to maintain staffing levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
• Experience supervising staff, managing departmental budgets, and implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and experience improving safety metrics.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in office and distribution areas, occasionally lifting materials up to 18 kg (40 lb); specialized equipment training is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AS400, SolidWorks, RF and barcode technology, and automated sorting or material-handling systems.
• Experience leading organizational change and communicating complex ideas across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
