What you will do

• Coordinate manufacturing operations to maximize productivity and quality while minimizing costs.
• Operate laminating machines and other small equipment while following documented processes and safety procedures.
• Audit work processes and products to verify production specifications.
• Receive, organize, locate, and expedite kitting materials, components, and in-process materials.
• Maintain production records, warehouse documentation, shipping information, and reports using manual and computerized systems.
• Train colleagues on new processes and lean methodologies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of work history in a manufacturing environment; printing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of packing procedures, warehouse operations, shipping documents, and material-handling processes.
• Ability to read specifications, identify parts, complete shipping documentation, and interpret or generate Monarch job tickets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with basic arithmetic capability.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 60 pounds frequently, bend, reach, turn, stand all day, and move throughout the facility.
