Warehouse Administrator

Location: Macon, Georgia, United States (Remote)

Salary: $17.22–$20.66 per hour

What you will do

• Manage inventory control files, reports, product cycle counts, shipped dates, and locked orders.
• Review return authorizations and credit memos, inspect returned materials, and support final disposition.
• Research tax and freight claims and coordinate resolution with financial services.
• Perform basic accounts receivable and payable tasks, including invoice approval preparation and credit memos.
• Run tax, sales order, fleet, and security reports while maintaining supplies, equipment, building security, and compliance records.
• Respond to internal customers and support corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: one year of operational or administrative experience.
• Preferred: one year of logistics and warehouse experience.
• Preferred: one year of customer service and inside sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, teamwork, and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
