Recruiting Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site, with four days in the office each week

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of candidate interview days from start to finish.
• Coordinate complex schedules across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate proactively and thoughtfully with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure alignment and preparation.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges, resolving them quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and implement new ideas.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating interviews, schedules, events, or other complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proactive mindset with strong judgment and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility and resourcefulness when plans change.
