Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: On-site at the Union Square office in New York City, United States

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process and provide a high-touch experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Support recruiting programs, process improvements, tools, workflows, and team rituals.
• Help build and scale the recruiting function as the company grows.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, high-volume assistant work, entertainment systems, or a similar operational field.
• Experience with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or people operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust, bring calm to dynamic processes, and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work on-site in the Union Square, New York City office.
