Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Charlotte, NC. Travel is required, primarily in the United States and Canada.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base annually, with an approximate OTE of $170,000.

What you will do

• Discover client needs and design solutions that address complex business, operational, and technical challenges.
• Build and present transformation roadmaps, business cases, process improvements, workshops, demos, and capability briefs.
• Advise C-suite executives and other stakeholders on AI-driven risk management, AML/KYC, customer due diligence, and third-party risk workflows.
• Create written proposals and RFP responses in collaboration with Product and other internal teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Risk, and Operations stakeholders to scope and execute engagements through production.
• Provide client and market feedback to inform product strategy, sales materials, whitepapers, and other technical marketing content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience defining the value of enterprise solutions for business sponsors, with a record of success.
• Experience with AML, KYC, or sanctions at financial institutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with technology, operations, IT, security, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to understand client workflows, regulatory best practices, and business value.
• Knowledge of fundamental machine learning and model concepts, plus strong technical aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Willingness to pursue an AML professional certification such as CAMS.
• Experience developing novel approaches for emerging client priorities.
