Solutions Engineer (AI/SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany, with regular collaboration days and occasional travel to team retreats and industry events. The role supports customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Compensation: €73,000–€84,000 DACH Tier 2 on-target earnings or €93,500–€107,700 DACH Tier 3 on-target earnings, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Join Account Executive- and Customer Success-led sales calls as the technical expert, delivering tailored demos, technical deep dives, and ROI cases.
• Own customer onboarding from tenant configuration and ERP/data integrations through end-user training and first value.
• Rebuild implementation plans when projects drift, identify risks early, escalate issues, and keep delivery on schedule.
• Become the subject-matter expert for at least one hirify.global module and define its onboarding blueprint.
• Build expertise in the hirify.global platform and electronics manufacturing landscape.
• Convert customer insights into prioritized, revenue-focused input for the Product team.

Requirements

• Fluent German and comfortable working in English.
• Technical foundation and the ability to learn unfamiliar products deeply and quickly.
• Process-driven approach to managing complex or disrupted implementations.
• Ability to communicate technical topics with specialists and procurement stakeholders.
• Practical use of AI, ideally demonstrated through built automations, workflows, or tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCB, procurement, or supply chain.
• A self-built automation, internal tool, or side project.
