Senior Product Manager (ShelfView)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; living within a commutable distance of the Zurich office and eligibility to work in Switzerland are required. The role includes occasional customer visits in Europe and North America. Office, hybrid, or home working options are available, subject to the Zurich-based role requirement.

What you will do

• Own the ShelfView Capture strategy and roadmap for collecting high-quality shelf data.
• Partner with customers and field teams to understand capture environments and translate needs into product requirements.
• Improve capture experiences through video capture, AR guidance, and faster, more reliable first-time-right workflows.
• Define how stores and aisles are captured, including tasking, scheduling, frequency, and ownership.
• Own store onboarding and modeling, including mapping, planograms, catalogs, and ongoing updates.
• Drive hybrid capture initiatives using mobile devices, fixed cameras, autonomous robots, and emerging technologies; coordinate pilots and launches with design, engineering, marketing, and sales operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in deep tech, mobile SaaS, or equivalent product leadership experience in a startup.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including hands-on work with data and telemetry.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland and able to work within commuting distance of the Zurich office.
• Ability to visit customers in Europe and North America occasionally.
